IES stands for Indo Euro Synchronization(IES) Pvt Ltd and it has offices in India and Germany. IES works with the Employers of Health sector in Germany to identify the Nurse vacancies, requirements and other details. After identifying the jobs IES works with its partners in India for placing the interested and qualified nurses.
IES is working with Govt and private Institutions for all possible support to the interested and prospective nurses for jobs in Germany. IES assists to plan and execute the programmes for skill development/skill up gradation and placements.
In order to qualify as a regular nurse in Germany, candidates must successfully complete the B1/B2 language exams. Following the completion of the licensed B2 level exam, they must also pass a interview with our German team. Candidates possessing a B.Sc. in Nursing, Higher Secondary School from India must have their qualifications validated by the German authorities.
Language certification in India will be provided after B1 or B2 by the authorized certificate provider of Germany. IES coordinates the process. If the candidate already had certified B2 German language, and interested to start career with us, IES health care shall handhold and provide best quality of service to place them in Germany.

Initially the title will be Nursing Assistant and after completion of B2 and technical examination, full approval of qualification will be given by German authorities and the status of Assistant Nurse to Full Nurse is changed.
Starting accommodation will be organized by employer together with German partner. After that the candidate can search for adequate personal preferences. Rent is to be paid by each nurse. All possible support will be extended by IES.
In Germany, Normal working days are 5 days 8 hours hence. Overtime will be paid extra according to the German Standards. All details are provided in the Job contract (latest).
No, But the initial job offer will be given for 2 years and will be extended after 2 years for unlimited period. There are expectations by the employers (but no enforcement) to stay at least 3 years at the initial hospital to recover the invested amount on a candidate.
Between 18 to 24 months candidate will get PR and between 3 to 5 years candidates can apply for Citizenship will get Citizenship.
